Breathe’s UK core HR software starts at £24 per business per month for 1–10 people, excluding VAT. Prices rise by employee band, with optional modules adding to the bill. The official feature table also limits HR-user seats by plan, so check both headcount and administrators.

Worked buying example: 18 employees, four sponsored workers
For this hypothetical team, Breathe’s 11–20 employee band is £44/month for core HR. Soteriaa’s Starter sponsor workspace is £25/month for up to 5 sponsored-employee records. Keeping both would be £69/month before VAT and Breathe add-ons. That is a combined budget, not a saving or a recommendation to duplicate systems. Breathe’s employee band and Soteriaa’s sponsor-record allowance measure different populations.
