WeldTrace pricing in 2026

The active WeldTrace plans page does not currently publish numerical prices. It lists four plans — DOX, PROJECTS, PROJECTS+ and ENTERPRISE — and directs buyers to contact WeldTrace for a free trial or purchase discussion. That is the current answer; old Lite, Plus and Pro PDFs are not the active plan structure and should not be presented as 2026 prices.

Current plan structure

What each live WeldTrace plan adds

These are public feature and allowance statements, not an inference about current price.
PlanScopeUsers / storageSelected additions
DOX
Procedures, welder qualifications and continuity; code-compliant procedure/qualification creation.
2 user slots; 5 GB; unlimited usage.
Bring existing WPS/PQR/WQTR and welder data without listed quantity limits.
PROJECTS
Adds fabrication-project ERP and complete traceability.
5 user slots; 50 GB; unlimited usage.
Weld mapping and automatic welder continuity.
PROJECTS+
Adds mobile and collaboration/analytics layer.
10 user slots; 100 GB; unlimited usage.
Mobile apps, Gantt, messaging, QR labels and welder login.
ENTERPRISE
Adds enterprise and AI-integration scope.
50 user slots; 10 welder logins; unlimited storage and usage.
Enterprise deployment conversation.
PROJECTS, PROJECTS+ and ENTERPRISE also publish no listed limits on projects, welds, drawings or project data-book/turnover-pack generation. The page lists visual inspection/NDE, pressure testing and PWHT management from PROJECTS upward.

Why do old $250, $950 or $2,250 WeldTrace prices appear in search?

They are from earlier WeldTrace pricing PDFs using Lite, Plus and Pro. The active plans page has a different structure. That does not make an old document deceptive; it means it is historical commercial context. Confirm a current numerical price directly with WeldTrace rather than using a legacy PDF to decide.
How to compare the scope

Project execution is the key dividing line.

No price winner can be declared until WeldTrace gives a current quote.
Soteriaa does not replace WeldTrace's weld mapping, NDE, PWHT, project ERP or full turnover workflow. It has in-app alerts today; scheduled email reminders are coming soon. Read the direct comparison, WeldTrace alternatives, and the small-fabricator guide.
  • Soteriaa focuses on qualification, continuity, WPS/WPQR, document and evidence records at £199/month or £1,910/year.
  • WeldTrace expands from records into projects, drawings, weld maps, NDE, PWHT, materials and turnover-pack workflows.
  • PROJECTS can derive continuity from project weld records, which is materially different from a standalone register workflow.

Commercial disclosure and boundary

Soteriaa competes in welding records software. Current WeldTrace plans were checked in September 2026, but numerical list prices were not publicly verified, so none are invented here. Soteriaa is record-management software, not a certification body, standards decision-maker, examining body or replacement for original approved records and competent welding coordination.
FAQ

WeldTrace pricing questions

A current product map is still useful when a vendor has not published its numerical list price.
How much does WeldTrace cost?
The active WeldTrace plans page did not publish numerical prices when checked in September 2026. Contact WeldTrace for a current quote or free-trial discussion.
What are the current WeldTrace plans?
The active plan names are DOX, PROJECTS, PROJECTS+ and ENTERPRISE.
What happened to WeldTrace Lite, Plus and Pro?
Those names and the $250, $950 and $2,250 figures can appear in older pricing PDFs. They are earlier documents, not the active DOX / PROJECTS / PROJECTS+ / ENTERPRISE structure.
Is WeldTrace DOX cheaper than Soteriaa?
There is insufficient current public numerical WeldTrace pricing to determine that. A fair comparison needs a current WeldTrace quote and matching implementation scope.

Get a quote only after matching the project layer.

A focused records workspace and a fabrication-project ERP should not be evaluated as interchangeable tools.
