Why we’re building Soteriaa

Keeping records should take less work. Individuals and small teams should be able to create a document, keep it organised and see what needs attention without repeatedly copying information between files and spreadsheets. For businesses, that includes the records and evidence they are required to keep.

We are building Soteriaa to reduce that administration. AI assists with drafting documents and extracting information, while supported tracking workflows bring records, evidence and dates together. You review and approve the results. Our aim is to automate more of the routine work while keeping decisions and responsibility with you.

Our role

Soteriaa provides document and workflow tools, not legal assistance or compliance advice. It helps organise records, evidence and deadlines; it does not determine compliance, certify records or submit official reports on your behalf. You review the information and remain responsible for required checks and submissions.

What Soteriaa is

Soteriaa is the document generation and tracking platform from Soteria Services Ltd. It helps individuals and small teams create documents, organise their records and track supported document types. It has three offers: a free core document generator and browser extension with one shared AI allowance; a library of free documents and packs; and dedicated tracking products for welding, UK sponsor compliance, health and safety (RAMS), HR and employment, and commercial forms, each pairing document generation with ongoing tracking. The generator creates editable documents from instructions, notes and source material, with Word, PDF, Markdown and basic PowerPoint output. The extension reconstructs captured pages as editable text, tables and forms, including study material and research notes. It is currently a development preview. Token-based API/MCP access is available for compatible clients; one-click GPT and Claude account connections are planned. A custom generate-and-track workspace is also coming soon. Users review their documents before use. Soteriaa provides no legal assistance or compliance advice; it does not certify qualifications, perform right-to-work checks, establish compliance or submit official reports.
