WeldEye publishes €490/year for ArcVision and €1,290/year for Welding Procedures. Its qualification package shows both €89/month/user and a €2,990 one-time licence under “Per License + User”. Separate the recurring bill from implementation
Ask for a written first-year total and renewal total for the same number of users.
The procedure and personnel module covers qualification certificates and WPS/WPQR documentation. That is a different purchase from production monitoring. Avoid paying for a broader layer solely to solve a records problem.
- List the people who need logins separately from welders whose certificates are stored.
- Ask whether migration, training, maintenance and upgrades are included.
- Record the currency, tax treatment and cancellation terms.
- Ask the vendor to demonstrate one of your qualification and procedure records.

In Soteriaa, the five-document welding pack is free to create and download. Our ongoing welding workspace is £79/month or £790/year; the two are separate choices.
