Worked combined budget: five sponsored workers
If an employer separately buys one £1,500 review and twelve months of Soteriaa Starter at £25/month, the combined base spend is £1,800 excluding VAT. This assumes unchanged subscription pricing and no extra professional work. It is an illustration using two separate suppliers, not a bundle, referral arrangement or recommendation that one review is sufficient.

Who decides, who records, and who submits?
Before comparing fees, ask each supplier to name the tasks it will perform and those your team retains.
Soteriaa’s workspace links worker records, evidence, dates and internal outputs. It does not provide legal conclusions or official submissions. A solicitor’s one-off review does not, by itself, mean someone will maintain your records every week. A retainer may include that work, but only its agreed scope establishes what you are buying. - Legal assessment: ask an appropriately qualified adviser about the actual issue and the scope of their engagement.
- Record administration: identify who uploads evidence, maintains dates and completes follow-up tasks.
- Official reporting: confirm who submits, through which system, and under what authorisation.
- Unexpected work: price urgent responses, additional advice and representation separately.
Do not treat an audit fee as an emergency-response price
A revocation notice, challenge or complex individual case needs its own professional scope and quotation. The £1,500 review above is not evidence of what that response will cost.
