Borderless does not publish a numerical subscription price on its pricing page. Its Starter, Pro and Expert plans use a quote request. Published worker allowances help frame the request, but conflicting user and contract wording needs written clarification.

The vendor says government fees are separate. No estimated subscription price or assumed discount is substituted for a quote.
Two inconsistencies to resolve before signing
The same vendor page lists one Starter internal user in its comparison and up to three in a lower card. Its contract FAQ names Growth and Pro, while the displayed plans are Starter, Pro and Expert. Ask which user limit and minimum term apply to your named plan; do not assume either answer.

A useful quotation should show the first-year cost and the cost at renewal for your actual workload.
Borderless describes differing advice and visa-processing arrangements. Those services can change the purchase materially. In the demonstration, retrieve one worker’s evidence, correct a date and export a record, then ask who handles any advice or submission step. Compare the workflow scope with Soteriaa.
- Provide sponsored-worker count, internal logins and the number of sponsor licences.
- List the visa cases and adviser support you expect to use.
- Ask what is included, what is metered and what attracts a separate service charge.
- Confirm government fees, VAT, minimum term, cancellation and export access.
