What changes between plans?
Decide whether task management is part of the job
The vendor identifies workforce task management as the Pro addition.
The vendor FAQ describes monthly billing without a minimum term or setup fee, and says archived workers are excluded from the following month. Its free eligibility tools are distinct from the paid product. Do not read access to those tools as a free trial of every paid feature.
- Ask the supplier to demonstrate the extra workflow using your actual recurring task.
- Confirm who counts as an active sponsored employee for billing.
- Ask when archiving a worker stops the per-employee charge.
- Confirm export access and the cancellation procedure.
Commercial software and the official SMS are separate
A record tracker can help organise work surrounding official reporting. It does not become the Home Office system merely because the names overlap.
