Use the import workspace for completed qualification records and the templates workspace for reusable PDF forms. Soteriaa helps extract structured data from completed records and detect likely labels in uploaded templates, with review before save in both cases.

Completed records
Import a finished qualification certificate and review the draft.
Upload completed qualification PDFs and Soteriaa proposes structured welder and qualification data for review before anything is written to the database.

Upload a blank PDF template and map what Soteriaa detects.
Template uploads run assisted field detection server-side, suggest likely mappings to company, welder, qualification, WPS, or WPQR fields, and let your team accept or adjust them before saving.

- Resolved-value previews on both the mapping workspace and generated output page.
- Manual coordinate rows remain available whenever you need to fine-tune placement.
Final PDF writing is not complete yet. Uploaded templates currently show the original PDF, saved mappings, and the resolved values that would be written.

Known limitations
OCR for scanned or non-selectable PDFs is not implemented yet, coordinates may still need manual review, and uploaded PDF generation does not write the final PDF file yet. The product is explicit about those limits in the UI.
