Users and roles

Today each Soteriaa workspace is used by the person who created it: invitations can be recorded, but an invited person cannot yet accept and join, and plans for more than one user are coming soon.

Who can use an account today

  • The person who creates a workspace is its owner and chooses a role at sign-up.
  • Invites: in the sponsor workspace (Settings, People) and in the RAMS, HR and commercial workspaces (Settings, Team) you can record an invite with an email address and a role. An invite is stored as pending. There is no step yet where an invited person accepts it and joins, so an invite does not give anyone access.
  • The welding and sponsor plans set no user cap. The RAMS Pro, HR Micro and Commercial Solo plans include one user.

Team plans: coming soon

Team plans are coming soon. RAMS Team, HR Small, HR Growing and Commercial Team cannot be bought yet, because checkout for them opens only once invited users can join their workspace. No dates are promised. See Plans, prices and billing.

Welding documentation roles

  • Owner / Director: Business owner or director overseeing the welding workspace.
  • Responsible Welding Coordinator: Owns welding coordination and qualification oversight.
  • Quality Manager: Manages records, traceability, and quality documentation.
  • Operations Manager: Coordinates workshop operations and upcoming requirements.
  • Admin: Handles day-to-day workspace administration.

The five roles are recorded on the account and work the same way in the product, with one exception: only the owner or director and an administrator can download the workspace archive or a job export.
