How to start a Soteriaa trial, step by step
Follow the public sign-up and checkout flow, then review your first record in the workspace. The trial period defaults to 14 days; the plan, price and terms displayed during checkout apply to your subscription.

From sign-up to your first record
Choose the workspace carefully: its area determines which records and workflow you see.

1. Create your account
Open Sign up, choose an available workspace area and complete the account and organisation details. Verify your email if prompted.

2. Review your plan
Choose a plan on the billing page. Review the price, billing interval and capacity shown for the selected workspace before continuing.

3. Confirm checkout
Continue to Stripe Checkout and check the amount and trial terms shown there. After confirming, return to Soteriaa and let it check the subscription status; do not start a second checkout while the first is processing.

4. Import or skip setup
Newly unlocked workspaces open the import setup step. Welding users can upload completed qualification certificate PDFs for draft extraction; sponsor users can continue to the workspace and add records manually. You may also skip setup for now.

5. Review before relying on a record
Compare entered or extracted details with the source, correct errors and keep the source evidence with your controlled records. Soteriaa organises records; it does not certify work or decide compliance.

Yes. The setup screen offers a ‘Skip for now’ option, which completes the import setup step so you can continue to the workspace.
