Martin is the name of our AI agent who functions as a business assistant. Martin acts as both your AI receptionist and an audio input to our CRM. When your customers call they’re speaking to Martin. You can also speak to Martin and ask him to do any of our CRM functions such as creating a new customer in your database or sending an email.
Soteriaa works in both the UK/US both the number you are provided with and the currency used on transactions is automatically paired to your location.
Soteriaa is a combined AI receptionist and CRM platform powered by our AI agent Martin. The AI receptionist section is Martin answering the phone taking down customers details (Name, Number, Email, Job details and needed start date). The CRM is what the receptionist sits on top of and handles: Online quoting/Payments (Can offer buy now pay later with Klarna), Customer database, Analytic etc. Everything within the CRM is controllable via voice with Martin.

No Soteriaa runs on a membership model; there is no contract in order to use Soteriaa nor is there a cancellation penalty. If for whatever reason you no longer wish to use Soteriaa or no longer have a need for Soteriaa you can cancel your membership and leave without cost at any time.

Sotieraa’s CRM handles: Online Quoting (either manually or use a quote calculator), Online Payments (Option to provide customers with buy now pay later via Klarna), Scheduled reminders, Prompted quote follow ups - if a quote hasn't been marked as successful/unsuccessful you’re prompted to send a follow up email which is predrafted by Martin, Customer database - Track customers: Name, Email, Number and job history, Quote analytics - Track your quote success rate, General analytics - track overall revenue, gross profit, gross profit margin as well as the profitability of each job.
You can go one of two ways:
Manually - Provide customer: Name, Address, Email, Description, Quoted price, COGS, VAT/Sales tax (if eligible)
Quote Builder - write down customer data -> search and add materials -> add in any labour costs -> set quoted price + VAT/Sales tax if eligible
When you quote a customer the quote is marked as outstanding. If 72 hours after the quote has been sent it is still marked as outstanding (You haven't marked it as successful or unsuccessful) you’re prompted to send a follow up email which is pre drafted for you by Martin.
